Outside Features
The house is in an excellent state of repair. New PVC guttering and fascias were fitted in 2004, together with new windows to the kitchen and bathroom, and a new front and back door.
The rear flat roof was replaced in early 2007.
The garden was block paved in 2005, and gates were fitted to give tenants rear access for cars and bikes.
A covered shelter was also added to allow dry storage of bikes and other items.
